Maggie Hughes DePalo

Born and raised on Chicago’s southside, Maggie Hughes brings over 15 years of recruiting seasoned sales professionals.  As co-founder and partner, Maggie has over a decade of success partnering with revenue driven companies to build their sales teams and ultimately, increase their BottomLine.

She has experience staffing national sales teams in a variety of industries including Consulting,  Big Data, Ecommerce, SaaS, Manufacturing, Market Research, Finance, Legal & Healthcare. At BottomLine, Maggie manages all recruitment delivery and presentation to hiring teams. Maggie started her recruiting career at a boutique firm in Chicago and after 4 years of full desk, 100% commission recruiting, she, with partner Katie started BottomLine Recruiting which would become Chicago’s premiere women owned staffing firm.  Maggie graduated with honors from St. Ambrose University where she was varsity captain of the basketball team with a double major in Business Administration and Marketing.

When she’s not recruiting, Maggie can be found doing stand up comedy.

Katie Hawking

Born and raised on Chicago’s southside, Katie brings 18 years of recruiting experience to BottomLine Recruiting. Katie started her recruiting career in Washington DC working on high level government technology searches. After a few years, Katie moved back to Chicago and started recruiting sales professionals at a small firm where she quickly mastered the trade.

Katie was the organization’s highest producer, managing a full desk developing clients and placing top sales reps. In 2011, Katie and Maggie set off to start what would become Chicago’s premiere sales recruiting firm. At BottomLine Recruiting Katie manages national accounts and recruits high level sales professionals; she also trains and manages new hires. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Political Science.
