Job Requirements
- 3+ years of business development & account management services
- Strong hunter mentality
- Experience working with CPGs is a plus
- Confidence in discussing and negotiating pricing with clients
- Strong decision-making, networking and project-pitching skills
- Capable of creating a range of engaging pitch materials (concepts, recaps, business reviews, reports, etc.)
- Able to anticipate client needs and consistently go “above and beyond” client expectations
- Able to work in a fast paced, heavy pipeline generating environment
- Assertive and smart sales mentality
